These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of products and services supplied by Ceysing Technologies, including Point-of-Sale systems, self-ordering kiosks, retail technology, software development, AI automation and technical support.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, subscribing to or using our products and services.
By accepting a quotation, placing an order, paying a deposit, signing a service agreement, purchasing a product, subscribing to a service or allowing work to commence, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using products or services from Ceysing Technologies, you agree to be bound by:

- The applicable quotation
- The service agreement or subscription contract
- Our Privacy Policy
- Our Refund Policy
- Any product-specific or service-specific conditions communicated to you
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed service agreement, the terms of the signed service agreement will take priority for that particular project or service.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company or organisation.
2. Products and Services
Ceysing Technologies provides business technology products and services, including:
- Point-of-Sale systems
- Self-ordering kiosks
- Retail POS solutions
- F&B automation solutions
- AI business automation
- AI chatbots
- AI voice agents
- Custom software development
- System integration
- Cloud-based services
- Installation and configuration
- User training
- Technical support
- Maintenance services
- Related business technology solutions
The exact product specifications, service scope, deliverables, prices and timelines will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal or service agreement.
We may update, improve or replace products and services from time to time.
3. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all quotations issued by Ceysing Technologies are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
After the quotation validity period:
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Product availability may change
- Hardware specifications may be updated
- Delivery and installation timelines may need to be revised
- Third-party software or licence fees may change
A quotation does not reserve products, hardware, installation dates or technical resources until the required confirmation and payment have been received.
Any work or product not specifically included in the quotation may be charged separately.
4. Order Confirmation
An order or project will be considered confirmed when one or more of the following occurs:
- The customer accepts the quotation in writing
- The customer signs a service agreement
- The customer pays the required deposit
- The customer issues an official purchase order
- Ceysing Technologies confirms the order in writing
- Work begins with the customer’s authorisation
Ceysing Technologies may refuse or cancel an order before work commences if products are unavailable, payment cannot be verified, project requirements are unsuitable or the requested service cannot reasonably be provided.
Where Ceysing Technologies cancels an order before work commences, any refundable payment collected for undelivered products or services will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment terms apply:
- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation
- The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or installation
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
- Annual software, licence and cloud fees must be paid before renewal
- Additional work outside the agreed project scope may be charged separately
Payments must be made using the payment method and by the due date stated on the quotation or invoice.
Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, delivery costs, installation charges or third-party costs will be stated in the relevant quotation or invoice.
Ceysing Technologies may suspend delivery, installation, development, subscriptions or technical support where payment is overdue.
6. Deposits
Deposits allow Ceysing Technologies to reserve products, technical resources, development time and installation schedules.
Once work has commenced, implementation and setup fees are non-refundable.
Where products, licences, subscriptions or services have been ordered from third parties for the customer, the related costs may also be non-refundable.
7. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Subscription services may include:
- Cloud software
- POS system access
- AI automation services
- AI chatbot services
- AI voice-agent services
- Hosting
- Maintenance
- Technical support
- Software licences
- Third-party integrations
Customers may cancel a subscription according to the notice period and conditions stated in the applicable service agreement.
Failure to use a subscription does not automatically suspend billing or create an entitlement to a refund.
Ceysing Technologies may suspend a subscription where renewal fees or invoices remain unpaid.
8. Delivery and Installation
All delivery, development and installation dates are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly confirmed in writing.
Ceysing Technologies will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates. However, delays may occur due to:
- Supplier delays
- Hardware availability
- Shipping or logistics issues
- Customs procedures
- Customer readiness
- Internet or power availability
- Third-party platform delays
- Software approval processes
- Changes to project requirements
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Ceysing Technologies will not be responsible for delays caused by suppliers, logistics providers, external platforms, customer actions or unforeseen circumstances.
The customer must ensure that the installation location is accessible and ready before the scheduled appointment.
9. Customer Site Requirements
Before installation, the customer is responsible for providing:
- A suitable and safe installation area
- Reliable internet connectivity where required
- A stable power supply
- Appropriate electrical outlets
- Required network access
- Access to relevant business systems
- Accurate product, menu or inventory information
- Authorised staff for installation and training
- Any approvals required by the building owner or management
Additional charges may apply where an installation cannot be completed because the location is not ready or the customer has not provided the required access, equipment or information.
10. Hardware Warranty
Eligible hardware supplied by Ceysing Technologies includes a one-year limited warranty, unless a different warranty period is stated in the quotation or product documentation.
The warranty begins from the delivery or installation date.
The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
Warranty service may include inspection, repair or replacement at the discretion of Ceysing Technologies or the relevant manufacturer.
Proof of purchase, product details and supporting information may be requested before a warranty claim is processed.
11. Warranty Exclusions
The hardware warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:
- Physical damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Power surges
- Electrical faults at the customer’s premises
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or improper handling
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Incorrect installation by another party
- Malware or third-party software
- Failure to follow operating instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Loss or theft
- External devices not supplied by Ceysing Technologies
Repair, replacement, transportation or onsite support charges may apply where an issue is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of software, internet connections, cloud platforms or third-party services.
12. Software and Cloud Services
Software, cloud platforms and subscription services may require monthly or annual renewal fees.
Customers are responsible for renewing applicable:
- POS software subscriptions
- Cloud platform fees
- Hosting services
- Software licences
- API services
- Payment gateway services
- Messaging services
- AI platform subscriptions
- Third-party integrations
Services may be suspended or discontinued where the required renewal fees are not paid.
Software functionality may depend on internet connectivity, third-party platforms, operating systems, payment providers, cloud services and compatible hardware.
Updates made by third-party providers may occasionally affect system functionality or integration compatibility.
13. AI Automation Services
Ceysing Technologies may provide AI automation, AI chatbots, AI voice agents and related AI-powered solutions.
AI-generated content, recommendations and responses are produced using available data, instructions, machine-learning models and third-party technology platforms.
AI-generated outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular business decision.
Customers remain responsible for:
- Reviewing AI-generated outputs before business use
- Checking important facts and information
- Approving customer-facing content
- Monitoring automated workflows
- Maintaining appropriate human oversight
- Ensuring the lawful use of customer information
- Providing accurate business data
- Following applicable industry requirements
AI outputs should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, accounting or regulatory advice unless they have been reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional.
Ceysing Technologies does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, error-free or suitable for every situation.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Provide project requirements within the agreed timeline
- Maintain suitable internet connectivity
- Ensure a stable and suitable power supply
- Provide access required for installation and integration
- Cooperate during installation, testing and training
- Assign authorised staff to the project
- Protect usernames, passwords and account credentials
- Use products and services lawfully
- Review system outputs and business reports
- Back up important business information
- Notify Ceysing Technologies promptly of technical issues
- Pay invoices and renewal fees by their due dates
The customer is responsible for delays, errors or additional work resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by the customer.
15. Data Backup
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important business, customer, sales, inventory and operational information.
Before hardware repair, system migration, software updates or technical maintenance, customers should ensure that important information has been backed up.
Ceysing Technologies will take reasonable care when handling customer systems but does not guarantee that data can always be recovered following hardware failure, software corruption, cyber incidents, customer error or third-party service disruption.
16. Training
Where training is included, Ceysing Technologies will provide training according to the scope stated in the quotation or service agreement.
The customer should ensure that the appropriate employees attend the scheduled training.
Additional training sessions, retraining caused by staff changes or training outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
17. Technical Support
Standard Technical Support
Standard technical support is available:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
Remote Technical Support
Remote technical support is available:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Public Holidays: Closed
Remote support may be provided through telephone, email, WhatsApp, remote-access software or another approved communication channel.
Response times may vary depending on the issue, support plan, system access, staff availability and severity of the technical problem.
18. Onsite Technical Support Charges
Unless onsite support is included in an active service agreement, the following charges apply:
- SGD 200 per onsite visit, covering up to two hours
- SGD 150 for each additional hour after the initial two-hour period
Additional transportation, parking, hardware, replacement parts or after-hours charges may apply where relevant.
Onsite appointments are subject to technician availability.
Customers should provide accurate information about the issue before the visit. Additional fees may apply where the visit is delayed or cannot be completed due to unavailable access, unsuitable site conditions or missing customer information.
19. Changes to Project Scope
The agreed project scope will be based on the approved quotation, proposal or service agreement.
Requests for new features, additional integrations, design changes, workflow changes or additional services may result in:
- Additional charges
- Revised delivery dates
- Additional testing
- New third-party fees
- Changes to the implementation plan
Ceysing Technologies will inform the customer of material changes to the price or timeline before beginning additional work.
20. Project Cancellation and Refunds
Customers must submit project cancellation requests in writing.
Where a customer cancels a project after work has commenced, a charge equal to 50% of the agreed project fee will apply.
Implementation and setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
All cancellation and refund requests are subject to the complete Ceysing Technologies Refund Policy published on our website.
21. Third-Party Products and Services
Some Ceysing Technologies products and solutions may rely on third-party providers, including:
- Hardware manufacturers
- Software providers
- Cloud-hosting companies
- AI model providers
- Payment gateways
- Messaging platforms
- Internet service providers
- API providers
- Delivery and logistics companies
Third-party products and services may be governed by their own terms, licences, privacy policies, service limits and fees.
Ceysing Technologies is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, service restrictions or discontinued features controlled by third-party providers.
22. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property developed or supplied by Ceysing Technologies remains the property of Ceysing Technologies or its relevant licensors.
This includes:
- Software
- Source code
- Website content
- Designs
- Documentation
- Training materials
- Configuration methods
- AI workflows
- Automation structures
- Prompts and instructions
- Integration methods
- Technical processes
- Templates
- Reports
- Brand materials
Payment for a service does not automatically transfer ownership of Ceysing Technologies’ intellectual property.
Where appropriate, customers may receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the delivered solution for their internal business purposes.
Customers may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse-engineer, reproduce or commercially exploit Ceysing Technologies’ intellectual property without written permission.
23. Customer Materials
The customer retains ownership of content, trademarks, business information and materials lawfully supplied to Ceysing Technologies.
By providing these materials, the customer authorises Ceysing Technologies to use them as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested products and services.
The customer confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials.
Ceysing Technologies will not be responsible for claims arising from materials supplied without the required rights, approvals or permissions.
24. Privacy and Personal Data
Customer information will be handled according to the Ceysing Technologies Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data-protection requirements.
Personal data may be collected and used for purposes including:
- Processing enquiries and orders
- Delivering products and services
- Managing subscriptions
- Providing installation and training
- Processing payments
- Providing technical support
- Maintaining business records
- Complying with legal obligations
Customers using POS systems, AI chatbots, AI voice agents or automation solutions are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authority and consent to collect and process personal data through those systems.
25. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business, operational, technical or commercial information from the other party.
Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorised parties.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
- Is already publicly available
- Was lawfully known before disclosure
- Is received lawfully from another source
- Must be disclosed under applicable law or a lawful authority
- Is independently developed without using the other party’s confidential information
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ceysing Technologies will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Business interruption
- Loss or corruption of data
- Loss of anticipated savings
- Reputational damage
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Special damages
- Consequential damages
This limitation applies to losses arising from the use, inability to use, interruption, delay or failure of our products and services.
Ceysing Technologies will not be responsible for losses caused by:
- Customer misuse
- Inaccurate customer information
- Internet or power failure
- Third-party system failure
- Cyberattacks outside our reasonable control
- Unauthorised system access
- Unsupported hardware or software
- Failure to install recommended updates
- Failure to maintain appropriate data backups
- Reliance on unreviewed AI-generated outputs
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
27. No Guarantee of Business Results
Ceysing Technologies provides technology solutions designed to support business operations, efficiency and customer experience.
We do not guarantee a particular level of:
- Revenue
- Profit
- Cost savings
- Customer engagement
- Sales growth
- Employee productivity
- Marketing performance
- Business success
Results may depend on the customer’s business model, staff, location, operations, implementation, market conditions and use of the supplied solution.
28. Suspension or Termination of Services
Ceysing Technologies may suspend or terminate a service where:
- An invoice remains unpaid
- The customer breaches these Terms and Conditions
- The service is being used unlawfully
- The customer creates a security or operational risk
- A third-party provider suspends a required platform
- Continuing the service may damage systems, data or another party
- The customer fails to provide required access or cooperation
Where reasonably possible, Ceysing Technologies will notify the customer before suspension or termination.
Suspension or termination does not remove the customer’s responsibility to pay amounts already due.
29. Force Majeure
Ceysing Technologies will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
These events may include:
- Natural disasters
- Fire or flooding
- Epidemics or public-health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Labour disruptions
- Internet or telecommunications outages
- Power failures
- Cyber incidents
- Supplier shortages
- Shipping delays
- War, terrorism or civil unrest
- Failure of third-party platforms
Delivery and service obligations may be extended for a reasonable period while the affected circumstances continue.
30. Website Use
Visitors must not use the Ceysing Technologies website to:
- Break any applicable law
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Interfere with website security
- Copy protected content without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Conduct fraudulent activity
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without prior notice.
31. Changes to These Terms
Ceysing Technologies may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to:

- Legal requirements

The latest version will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
Changes to an active signed project or service agreement will be handled according to that agreement.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent required.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
33. No Waiver
A failure or delay by Ceysing Technologies to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions does not mean that the right has been waived.
Any waiver must be confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Ceysing Technologies.
34. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, a quotation, purchase, subscription or service agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless the parties agree to another dispute-resolution process in writing.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any disagreement through good-faith communication before beginning formal proceedings.
